Centre Manager: Enjoys physical activity; high capacity for communication; high pro-activity; dynamism and personal organisation; leadership by example; discipline and orientation around results; good capacity to manage stress; significant orientation around a high standard of customer service.

Sales Consultant: Enjoys helping people; passion for fitness; ability to learn the systems that will support their development in Sales; commercial experience is merely a preferential factor.

Activity Coordinator and Instructors: University Degree in Physical Education or similar; specific training in group classes; high and recognised capacity for communication and orientation of the service around the customer; enjoys helping people, natural good humour and personal discipline.
