You need just 30 minutes a day, 2-3 times a week! The design of our Hydraulic circuit is simple and adapts to everyone regardless of age or physical condition. We have various exercises to offer you in a circuit of 8 hydraulic machines and 8 platforms. Strength training and Cardiovascular exercise in one workout!

VIVAFIT PILATES
Pilates is an exercise program designed to make your body stronger and structurally more efficient. A 45 minutes class in a quiet environment with a focus on strengthening the “core” muscles, and spinal muscles. It imparts benefits far beyond the physical condition, it improves your emotional well being as well!

Burn It Women
A new group class that allows women to lose weight, gain strength and tone muscles in 30 minutes. Inspired by the HIIT principles, in this class you use your own body weight or minimal equipment like elastic bands, dumbbells, kettle bells. Burn it is for women who are ready for a new fitness challenge.

YOGA
Yoga classes at Vivafit are designed with a focus on women’s health needs. Vivafit Yoga is for mind, body and soul. A 45 Minutes class designed for pelvic strength, back strength and to address the lifestyle related ailments common amongst women.

ZUMBA
Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. We offer a 35 minutes class.
