BODY BALANCE™ by Les Mills
Body Balance is, like Body Vive, an exercise group program, followed with music, developed by Les Mills – World Leader Company in group classes systems.
Body Balance is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYBALANCE™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography. (For copyright reasons, BODYBALANCE™ is known as BODYFLOW™ in the USA).
A Body Balance class takes a total of 35min on an express format.
There are two different class formats: one more aimed for strengthening work and focusing towards flexibility/movability.
Classes should be done bare foot, allowing this way a complete feet structure strengthening, improving the body posture alignment.
